Step Study Small Groups (Gender Based, Deeper Study)
Offered at other locations throughout the week

5 Small Group Guidelines (these are read and facilitated each week, in order to keep our small groups healthy and safe)

1. Keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings.  Limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.
2. No Crosstalk allowed.  Each person is free to express themselves without interruption.
3. We are here to support one another.  We will not attempt to ‘fix’ each other.
4. Anonymity and confidentiality are basic requirements.  What is shared in the group, stays in the group.
5. Offensive language has no place in a Christ-Centered group.
